I am going to be sending you an official 'Thank You' card but could not
wait to tell you and your staff that your service went above and beyond our
expectations on Saturday, not to mention the whole weekend.  Our wedding
could not have gone any better or been more magical.  From our arrival on
Friday to our rehearsal and dinner, meeting with Camille on Friday night
right through to all day Saturday between Janica at Reception organizing
all appointments as people came and went with deliveries to the ceremony, to the
dinner and reception.

The service was TOP NOTCH!  The food was amazing and Camille went above and
beyond with service assisting us with getting things together Friday night
and running over the dinner and reception plans with speeches outlines, etc., to
an amazing service staff throughout dinner Saturday night and staying with
us till the very end and back in there bright and early on Sunday to prepare
for the shower that was happening there in the afternoon.  She is amazing
at what she does!

Everyone that we have spoke with were very impressed with your facility,
the hospitality, the food and had a fabulous time!

Thank You from the bottom of both Renzo's and my hearts for making our day as
stress free, romantic and magical as it was.  Please pass on our 'THANK YOUs'
to Camille's service staff, as well as all the staff at the Reception Desk
that were extremely pleasant and helpful all weekend, as well as Housekeeping
Services for their attention to detail to beautiful clean rooms and for
finding us to give us my mother-in-law's set of pearls that she had left
behind on the table in her room when packing to leave on Sunday.

Lori, it has been a real pleasure working with you the past 7 months in
preparation for our big day that came and went by so quickly.  Thank You for
making our day perfect and truly special.

We are truly blessed and thankful that we decided on the Casablanca Winery
Inn because it was the most perfect spot for our wedding and to share in our
celebration with our families and friends.

Our daughter Jennifer’s wedding reception was held at the Casablanca Winery Inn on May 2, 2009. 

I wanted to let you know how professional your team is at Casablanca. From Lori Alexander to your staff at the front desk, our guests were treated with courtesy and enthusiasm, in that we felt we were the only wedding they were working on. Nothing was overlooked; the room and food were excellent, including your guest rooms. On the day of the wedding, we went down for breakfast and the bride was quite nervous and did not sleep that night. Her maid of honour asked for some cucumbers for the bride’s eyes and the waitress brought them to her with a smile. That may sound like a small thing, but it impressed me.

Upon our first meeting with her, we were unsure of which place to choose to hold our wedding dinner reception. As a matter of fact, we had planned to check out other options.  This soon changed after our consultation with Carissa.   We didn't have to ask many questions since she provided all of our answers in a caring manner.  Obviously, we felt at ease dealing with her since we now have booked our reception at the Casablanca on August 28th.

We are sure that the above does not come as a surprise to you. Carissa is definitely a great asset to her place of work

Dear Kevin,

As future mother-in-law of Laura Mastracci, I would absolutely like to thank you for a wonderful experience with our Bridal Shower on Friday night. There were non-stop compliments regarding the hotel and ballroom.

Afterwards, our guests made it clear how delicious the meal was, the service was excellent and the support staff, Camille, was so pleasant, warm and efficient. The evening was a total success and the congratulatory phone calls the next day were a testament to the enjoyment of all.

BUT, there is no question in my mind that you have a jewel in Lori. From the booking of the event back in July 2008 to the day of May 1^st, 2009, it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Lori. She is knowledgeable, efficient, supportive and so warm and approachable. I was always comfortable making requests and asking questions and because of Lori, Carla and I were able to give her the bridal shower she wanted. You have a wonderful group of people there and it will be a pleasure to return for future functions

Hi Carissa,

Just a quick thank you so much on behalf of the Cliffe & Bonilla families! You are a gem! and the entire staff at the Casablanca is marvellous. Your help in the planning of Shannon & Alfredo's wedding was great and you were so willing to "drop it and run" when we needed you for the last minute things as well. Please also pass on our thanks to the fellow who was at the front desk at 2:30 a.m. and got them into a cab when the Transportation Service screwed up on the transportation to the airport for their honeymoon. He saved the day!

There was such a feeling of home there - people actually knew our names and why we were there and we had just a small affair compared to the many functions your facility handles - that means a lot!

The serving staff was great, the food was amazing and we all had a wonderful time!  Shannon & Alfredo had the day they both wanted and were very happy with how smoothly everything went.

It's difficult to put into words how much that means to parents when they had always expected a small town wedding "at home" and then had such a wonderful experience with their family and some friends "away". Wedding days are a lot like Christmas - months of planning, lots of details to iron out, all kinds of anticipation, last minute surprises and then in the blink of an eye it's over - but the memories live on forever, so again, thank you so much for your help in making our little girl's dreams come true!

We have now had time to both recover and reflect on the wedding reception held at Casablanca Winery Inn this past Saturday. It was from our perspective a wonderful event in every respect. There were, of course, many parts of the reception that made it special for us, but there are a few people who stand out in the contributions they made to the day.

Your Wedding Consultant and Banquet Manager are two persons from the Casablanca Winery Inn who stand out. Your Wedding Consultant assisted us in the planning of the event. We found her to be pleasant to deal with, available at times convenient to our schedules and very helpful in planning for the event.

Your Banquet Manager really stands out for us as the person who made the reception at Casablanca wonderful. From setting the tables in the late morning to the clean up at the end of the night, she did an outstanding job. From a venue perspective, she really made the reception the great event that it was. She created a very cozy environment in her set up of the room. She was very attentive to our needs and those of our guests. She has, in our opinion, mastered the art of customer service.

Finally, the food served during the course of the evening was wonderful. I am not sure who did the cooking, but we had many compliments on both the presentation and excellence of the food.

In closing, we were very satisfied with the service we received from the Casablanca Winery Inn. You exceeded all our expectations and really did make the reception a wonderful event and memory for our family. Please accept our compliments for a job well done.

I have been meaning to write to you to let you know that the Bridal Shower Brunch I held for my daughter on Saturday, October 22nd was enjoyed by all. I would like to mention that your staff assisted me with a smile at all times and alleviated all fears I had about the event. They were heaven sent and accommodating in every way. I would also like to mention that our server for the event was more than competent in her job. She was friendly and helpful to all in attendance. What a lovely lady! Very personable.

I just wanted to let you all know that our wedding was an absolute total success in spite of the constant rain that fell all day long.

Our plan "B" to take the pictures at Casablanca Winery Inn was fulfilled in great style and the few pictures that I have seen already are outstanding with the staircase setting.

Our guests RAVED about the absolutely excellent dinner, no matter who we talked to and what selection they made, they were all superb. The Wait Staff were outstanding as well. They were fast, efficient and thorough, but at the same time, very, very pleasant. The Ballroom looked Spectacular and was the setting for what has been said was the "Best Wedding Party Ever".

Our out-of-town guests were, without exception, very impressed with their Rooms at the Inn and many of them really enjoyed being able to gather right there for breakfast the next morning.

It's not an easy task putting a wedding together so that it turns out as well as ours did, and we know that it was due, not in a small way, to your Diligence and Co-operation and attention to detail.

We thank you very much for your professionalism and conscientious effort. You were great. Thanks so very much for a Wonderful Wedding Reception.

Jason and I wanted to write you a quick letter to thank you so much for everything that you and the entire staff at the Casablanca Winery Inn did to ensure that our wedding day was an outstanding success!

Everyone was so courteous to guests who were booking rooms ahead of time and we had absolutely no problems whatsoever with people not getting rooms – all of the comments we heard before and after were very positive – the rooms were clean and ready on-time, they were spacious and comfortable.

The staff at the Inn were so helpful during the set-up – the tables and chairs were arranged perfectly, as were the gift tables, DJ table, altar and so on – everything was set-up perfectly so we could come in and get the decorations and flowers all set. I was totally at ease during the entire day thanks to the help that the Casablanca crew gave us throughout the day and evening!

The food and reception service was fantastic – both the dinner and the breakfast the next morning downstairs. It was so nice to be able to have the wedding ceremony and the reception in the same place – and then to be able to meet-up with family and friends the next morning downstairs was the icing on the cake!

We can’t say enough about the Casablanca Winery Inn and the service we received – we have recommended the facility to friends for so many reasons, from the assistance you and your team have us in choosing the linens, food, wine and layout of the room, to the service everyone enjoyed with the rooms to the fantastic wedding event itself which went-off without a hitch – an unforgettable evening that everyone is still talking about to this day!

To the staff at the Casablanca Winery Inn, many thanks from Jason, myself and our families for making our wedding a fantastic success!! We had so much fun throughout the process from the planning to the night of – you don’t hear brides say that too often do you? That in itself is a tribute to you and your team!
