This package contains three options – Plated Service, Platter Service or Marche Service. Plated Service indicates that each course is served individually plated and served to each guest. With Platter Service, most courses are presented on large platters for guests to share at each table. Marche Service offers guests the opportunity to choose the particular foods they want from various food stations.
