4. Onward Transfer
Please note that our descriptions of our activities under the "Notice" and "Choice" principles above describe certain transfers of Personal Information that Casablanca Winery Inn will be making to third parties.

Casablanca Winery Inn engages in self-assessment on a periodic basis in order to determine its continued compliance with the requirements of PIPEDA and the terms of this privacy policy.
6. Dispute Resolution
All Travelers who submit Personal Information to Casablanca Winery Inn and who feel that Casablanca Winery Inn has mishandled their Personal Information in violation of PIPEDA ("Disputing Party") should contact Casablanca Winery Inn through its Customer Relations department with a written description of their complaint. After receiving such written description, a representative from Casablanca Winery Inn's Customer Relations department will contact the Disputing Party to set up a time and manner to discuss the Disputing Party's complaint. Casablanca Winery Inn is interested in addressing all legitimate complaints about its adherence to PIPEDA, and believes that a Disputing Party and Casablanca Winery Inn should make a good faith effort to engage in communications to work out or settle any of a Disputing Party's complaints. If these good faith efforts fail to resolve the dispute, then the Disputing Party shall have the opportunity to make use of an independent, dispute resolution procedure.
If Casablanca Winery Inn agrees to adopt the services of another independent, dispute resolution procedure, it will do so only after revising its privacy policy to reflect such new procedure and by informing all Disputing Party's of such change.
A Disputing Party and Casablanca Winery Inn may agree to use an independent dispute resolution body or procedure to resolve disputes about Casablanca Winery Inn's compliance with PIPEDA upon mutual written agreement of both parties.
7. Remedies
If it is determined by an independent dispute resolution body or procedure that Casablanca Winery Inn has engaged in behavior not in compliance with the requirements of PIPEDA, Casablanca Winery Inn may be ordered to engage in actions necessary to reverse or correct any actions taken by Casablanca Winery Inn which were in violation of PIPEDA and which were harmful to the Disputing Party. Casablanca Winery Inn may also be required to take all actions deemed necessary for Casablanca Winery Inn to be in compliance with PIPEDA in the future.
